How
it works
- You
call us Monday through Friday 9am-5pm to request help
(Read
the Terms of Agreement)
- We
collect your information and payment choice
and schedule you an appointment time
- We
issue you either a PIN number that you enter at
the top of this page
- A
small applet will then be loaded on your
PC that will remove itself after the session
is over
- A
console window will pop up asking for
your permission for one of our techs to
connect to your PC
- After
you authorize the Tech in the console popup
window the session will begin
- You
will then be able to watch everything the
Tech does and chat with the Tech using the
pop up window
- After
the session is over the Tech will verify
that your problem is resolved and you will
be charged using the payment option you
selected during your appointment setup
- In
addition since we value your opinion, a
small survey may pop up after the session
is over asking for your opinion
- After
your session, if for some reason you need
additional help or instructions for something
the Tech did to help you, just call us and
if we need to we will connect back to your
computer for FREE to answer your questions.
- You
will receive an invoice for payment at the end
of your session.
